How does white-labeling work exactly?+
In your agency dashboard, you upload your logo and set brand colors. Those settings apply to every widget, GDPR banner, and PDF report across all your client domains. You can also set per-client branding if a client prefers their own identity. The one-time setup fee is folded into the per-domain license cost — there's no recurring white-label surcharge.
What do I charge my clients?+
That's entirely up to you — AccessShield doesn't set your retail price. Most agencies charge $49–$149/domain/mo depending on the client size and what's included (just ADA, or ADA + GDPR + identity resolution). At $14–$19 cost per extra domain, even conservative pricing produces strong margins. The revenue calculator on this page helps you model it out.
Do I need a separate account per client?+
No. Your agency account manages all client domains in one dashboard. Each domain gets its own license key, branding config, audit history, and compliance reports. Clients can optionally get read-only access to their own domain's portal.
Which CRMs does the webhook support?+
GoHighLevel is supported now. HubSpot, Salesforce, and additional CRM integrations are actively on the roadmap. When new integrations launch, they'll be available to all plans that include CRM webhooks at no additional cost.
What happens to my clients if I cancel?+
If you cancel, all client widgets stop functioning and audits stop running. We recommend notifying clients in advance. All audit history and compliance reports remain downloadable for 12 months after cancellation.
